Artist Follow Up

artist-follow-up

I just wanna explain a little why there have been no updates lately.  I don’t mean it as an excuse or that the comic will never update.  Currently, I do my comics for free.  My full time job has been very important lately because for the last two months, I have been supporting a household on my income alone.  I work about 45 hours a week, then another 12 in overtime, and commute 2 hours a day 6 days a week.  That’s roughly 70 hours a week I am not at home.  This is exhausting.  I am completely drained.  If I could be updating now, I would.  But right now, I can’t update in order to keep a roof over my head.  I deeply appreciate your patience and support while I work through this.  <3 Sarah

PS.  If anybody wants to do some fan art or even some full pages, please let us know.  Right now, I’m just not feasible as the artist.

Yeah, work sucks. I just hold on to the dream of winning the lottery, gets me through my day.
I think everyone understands that you guys do this for free and that real life always comes first.
Take however long you guys need to get sorted, we aren’t going anywhere.
I would try to help with some fan art but it would be a crime against nature and leave people pouring bleach in to their eyes screaming ‘it can’t be unseen!’
    I suck at art.

I can fully understand that. And, since you said that the arts would return when things got better, I’m waiting patiently. :) Had a feeling more happened and it’s getting worse. Just take your time, do what you need to do, and we’ll be around when you’re ready!
