Funny enough the latest Mythbusters episode tested to see if you could hang on to a car while it swerved from side to side and it was busted. That is unless the windows were down so you could get a decent grip like they are in this comic, so its all good.
Not that I care about accuracy, just something i chuckled at.

This would be a crappy situation. Just when you think your in the clear, someone pops their head in (while pointing a gun) and they let out a crappy line like “boo”. Still funny though :)
Just remember Kerenshy, these are not humans. They have claws. (oh the poor paint job)

Well, Ya Could Get a Good Grip, if You had Strong enough Arms. But, If I’m correct, I Believe This Guy Was Hanging out In the Back.
In the grand scheme of things the Jeep isn’t going very fast because of the tires.
The combination of that and the general physique of your average therian (not to mention claws) made it relatively easy for this guy to climb from the rear spare tire up onto the roof.
The flood lamps also give his feet a bit more purchase on the otherwise smooth surface.
Those wheels have had it. Not going to get far on 4 rims.
Yeah its the newest episode, few days ago.
The claws and slow speed would probably make it possible but also the windows being down like i said. They proved it could be done like that.
Doesn’t matter really, it’s far more fun to ignore things like this and concentrate on an awesome comic instead.

I know who this character is. It’s kinda obvious, if you’ve seen the character profiles. But I’m not gonna spoil it. Even so… I STILL can’t wait until next Friday!
