Howdy hey reader-inos!
Two page update this week, we’ve been hella busy this week because I’m moving into my new apartment this weekend. I’ve been having a long and nasty fight with my previous landlord about getting out of my lease at his gross building, but the issue has finally been put to bed and I’m free! A word of advice, don’t sign a lease with a new apartment complex and just assume your previous place will let you leave, even if that previous place breached your terms of contract in every way imaginable except physically raping you.

It was a smoke free building because everything in it was built with shoddy highly flammable materials, but they didnt enforce that so the place had a smokey haze about it. They didnt repair faulty wiring that twice started fires and shorted out the building. Turned off the heat in the winter and the AC in the summer. Barely used any of our rent at all on building or grounds maintenance. Charged US for damages done to the building by people who didnt live there.
I could go on for ages.
